The Industry 4.0 area at the SPS IPC Drives 2016 in Nuremberg from November 22nd to 24th, 2016 shows exactly what that could look like. Networking with the Internet of Things and Services
For example, Gefasoft AG will be presenting its app for the new product generation of its flexible and scalable MES at booth 3A-530O. The app relies on the advantages of beacon technology. The aim is to locate certain machines or system components and thus automatically provide the MES user with the context-related user interface on his smartphone, tablet or notebook depending on his role, the time of day and the respective system.

Kaspersky Lab will be showing its range of security and services for industry and embedded systems on booth 3A-548. As a special highlight, the company is showing BE-Services, a security solution for industrial automation, for the first time.
The "Automation meets IT" forum within the Industry 4.0 area is intended to supplement the offer with questions about Industry 4.0 and cyber security. From the first day of the fair, topic-related panel discussions and product presentations take place here. Radio technologies for intelligent networking

Together with their stand partner Cumulocity, they demonstrate how companies can use efficient wireless technologies by means of live demonstrations in the cloud.
