nmc has expanded the Domostyl series of prefabricated facade elements and now offers high-quality optimized special profiles with a special plastic layer. This makes them even more resilient and, as usual, processing is straightforward and economical. The core of the new profiles consists of a high-quality expanded polystyrene rigid foam (EPS), which is covered with a special plastic. The result is extremely hard and structured surfaces. The new manufacturing process increases the surface hardness of the profiles by more than double. This makes them insensitive to strong temperature fluctuations between –20 ° Celsius to + 70 ° Celsius and classifies them as fire class B2. A coating with quartz sand creates a natural stone look. In addition, there is very good adhesion of the later application of paint. The new profiles are lighter and yet harder than common prefabricated stucco elements.
