Häwa Certified According To The New Quality Management Standard

Häwa GmbH has received the quality management system certification according to the new, globally applicable standard DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. The certificate, which includes the Wain, Bad Wörishofen, Crimmitschau, Duisburg and Maintal locations, is valid until the end of 2019 and is monitored annually by an accredited certification body.

The quality management standard ISO 9001 is the most widespread and most important standard in quality management (QM) nationally and internationally. Certification according to ISO 9001 is possible for companies and organizations of all sizes and in all industries and forms the basis for the continuous improvement process of the company's internal quality management system (QMS).

Meet requirements for product and service quality

ISO 9001 specifies the minimum requirements for a quality management system that companies have to implement in order to meet customer requirements and other requirements for product and service quality. An essential principle of ISO 9001 is process orientation. A process-oriented QM system accompanies all essential operational processes and puts them to the test.
