Conec has developed the overmolded Superseal series in order to guarantee continuous protection from the connector to the cable, including protection against manipulation. The TPU extrusion coating is intended to provide the Superseal connectors with optimal protection against external influences in harsh environments. All connectors are assembled, overmoulded and electrically tested at Conec. The series includes 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-pole versions.
The overmolding is carried out in the typical Conec shape and is intended to offer the possibility of a protective hose with z. B. to attach a cable tie. Conec offers the overmolded Superseal connector with a PUR cable and a wire cross-section of 0.75 mm² in lengths of 2 m, 5 m and 10 m. Other lengths, cross sections and cable qualities can be requested.
