With the new app, Jaegerlacke wants to take dialogue with its customers to a new level in the future. Registered users can directly influence the development of new products with suggestions and ideas.
Every three years the industry meets on color, finishing and facade. This is where manufacturers come into conversation with their customers, and this is often a fruitful, productive dialogue. Technicians and developers can often take their customers' good suggestions with them and convert them into marketable products. In the more than a thousand days between the trade fair meetings, communication is mostly limited to the day-to-day business.
The specialty manufacturer Jaegelacke now wants to change that. "Our customers are the experts, they know best what they need," says managing director Andreas HM Bley. "If we maintain and utilize this knowledge, everyone involved will benefit." There is now a new feedback app for this. Painters, processors and the specialist trade can thus quickly and easily pass on ideas for new products, product modifications or additions to the range to the manufacturer. In the forum, other users can discuss and rate the suggestions. In addition, there should be surveys on products, services and general industry topics. Direct access to brochures, user videos and a novelty section complete the range of the app.
