A new video by Saint-Gobain Weber shows what needs to be considered when anchoring ETICS.
The in-depth and flush installation of mineral wool and EPS insulation boards with the new generation of Weber dowels is shown. Specialized tradesmen receive step-by-step instructions for setting the hammer and screw anchors as well as information about the tools and accessories required.
The two weber.therm universal dowels - an impact and a screw dowel - comply with the recommendations of the fire service for more fire protection, so that there is no need to change dowels for fire bolts. Both the impact and screw anchors are suitable for all substrates (A, B, C, D, E) and can be set quickly and easily - flush with the surface and in recessed mounting.
An ideal addition to the video clip is the Weber dowel primer "Dowel systems safely." The brochure provides assistance in choosing the right anchor and in determining the correct anchor length and the required quantities.
