Video: Sealant And Adhesive From Pufas For Inside And Outside

The new sealant and adhesive Multi-Hybrid Adhesive K16 from Pufas should be suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The MS polymer-based adhesive is said to be distinguished by its high adhesive strength and rapid curing. The manufacturer promises that joints and connections should be securely sealed in one operation. Skirting boards, decorative profiles and cable ducts as well as for facade profiles, window sills and the like should be glued. In addition, connection joints on doors, windows and connection profiles as well as tile joints and metal connection joints can be securely sealed. The K16 is particularly suitable for joints that are heavily exposed to moisture, including in the sanitary area. As an MS polymer adhesive, it should also be suitable for dynamically stressed connections. The permissible total deformation is 25 percent. It can be used for absorbent and non-absorbent substrates, such as anodized aluminum (a protective layer on the aluminum),Stainless steel and other metals as well as glass, stone, plaster, enamel, glazed surfaces and many plastics. After drying completely, it can be painted over with emulsion paints, alkyd resin, acrylic and PU varnishes. A skin should form after just ten minutes, and the adhesive connection has hardened after 24 hours, according to the manufacturer. The hybrid adhesive is available in the 290 ml cartridge in the colors white and gray.
