According to Icotek, the new, particularly flexible brush insertion system KDR-BES-U for the control cabinet floor is unique in its kind on the market. It consists of an aluminum profile and a brush strip. The brush strip can be inserted in different ways due to the geometry of the aluminum profile.
The type of installation depends on the structure of the existing control panel floor panels. Some floor panels are folded down, others are not. As a rule, the KDR-BES-U system should always be adaptable and can therefore be installed in various control cabinet brands. Icotek offers the profiles and brushes in many common cabinet widths as standard dimensions. However, they can also be cut to any special size and can therefore be adapted to the respective area of application.

The KDR-BES-U is intended to be able to insert cables that are not pre-assembled as well as pre-assembled with connectors. According to the manufacturer, fresh air can circulate largely unhindered, the majority of the dust is caught by the brush strips.
