First voices about the SPS IPC Drives 2016

Peter Früauf, Deputy Managing Director, VDMA Electrical Automation:

“The SPS IPC Drives was as requested for the companies represented in the VDMA and hoped to be a great success. You meet the right people to talk to here, the people who are at the machine, who are responsible for production in the workshop.”

Gunther Koschnick, Managing Director of the Automation Association, ZVEI:

“It struck me intensely that we saw the cooperation between 'shop floor' and 'office floor' on many stands. The vision of Industry 4.0 was shown here at the SPS in concrete, marketable solutions with direct benefit transport."

Dr. Steffen Haack, Member of the Divisional Board, Bosch Rexroth:

“The fair was very well attended. We are very happy with the response. The SPS once again confirms its radiance and internationality. Industry 4.0 becomes very tangible, very practical and leads to concrete customer projects for us."

Andrey Nikishin, Future Technologies Projects Director, Kaspersky Lab:

“We are here for the first time this year and are very impressed by the size of this trade fair as well as by its qualified audience. We met people from all over the world, from Korea to Mexico, from India to Brazil. We can reach most regions of the world from one place.”

Jan Treede, General Manager, Industrial Automation, Kollmorgen:

“The SPS is the leading trade fair for this area. It is our annual highlight. Everyone is there, showing their news. We coordinate our development cycles with this date. There are trade visitors who know their way around, who know exactly what they are looking for.”

Heinz Eisenbeiss, Head of Marketing & Promotion, Simatec Automation Systems, Siemens:

“Trend topics towards the future were increasingly found at the SPS. Visitors are also looking for a kind of guidance, perspectives. The PLC is also very suitable for such discussions, far beyond the exchange of technical data. "(Kj)
