Video: Directly Controlled Proportional Directional Valve

Parker positions the directly controlled valve series with high dynamics and high volume flows between the proven D1FB / D3FB series for the medium performance range and the DFplus valves of the D1FP / D3FP series for maximum performance. The most important innovation of the D1FC in size NG06 and the D3FC in size NG10 is the position measuring system, which - unlike comparable valves from other manufacturers - is completely integrated into the housing. The direct coupling of the sensor to the piston enables precise control of the piston position. Thanks to the integrated displacement sensor, no exposed connection cable for position control is necessary, so that malfunctions due to unintentional loosening of the connection are excluded.
High dynamics and repeatability in closed control loops
In combination with the new zero-cut pistons, the robust, compact valves are characterized by high dynamics and repeatability in closed control loops. In this configuration, they are suitable for a variety of industrial applications, for example for precise control in pipe bending machines and presses or for water turbine controllers. Alternatively, D1FC and D3FC can also be used for demanding, regulated applications such as press brakes, sheet metal working and plastic injection molding machines.
Hydraulics
The perfect slope
With the help of digital onboard electronics, the parameters of the valves can be flexibly adapted to different applications. The current version of Parker's parameterization software ProPxD is freely available for setting - this is available for direct download. (br)
