Video: From Space To The Deep Sea

Under the motto: "Welcome to the World of Trelleborg - Meet the Experts", the company wants to give insights into its diverse product and service world at the Hanover Fair 2017. With hand-in-hand engineering, Trelleborg supports and accompanies its customers along the entire process chain - from the design process through testing the newly developed sealing solution to application ready for series production. As an example, Trelleborg in Hanover shows the entire development process of an LSR molded part made of liquid silicone for a bistro coffee machine from a well-known manufacturer. In addition, the principle of lubrication management is to be shown, which was first presented in 2015 as a design study. The concept is now used in hydraulic sealing systems with the optimized lubricating film on the high-pressure seal.Lubrication Management adapts the lubricating film in the sealing system to the load of the individual elements in the sealing gap.
