Steven Wyatt is the new IFR President. Wyatt has more than a decade of international experience in the rapidly changing automation industry. He is currently Global Head of Portfolio and Digital for ABB's Robotics & Discrete Automation division. Before joining ABB in 2010, the Scotsman had worked in a number of senior marketing and sales roles in the plastics industry worldwide.
Steven Wyatt thanked outgoing IFR President Junji Tsuda for sharing his outstanding industry knowledge with key international interest groups and the world press. “As the voice of the robotics industry, Junji Tsuda made the positions of our members with the most important industry topics understandable in an exemplary manner. As the new president, I look forward to continuing his successful work."

Milton Guerry appointed IFR Vice President
Milton Guerry (Schunk, USA) takes over from Wyatt as IFR Vice President. Guerry started his career in the automotive industry, working in various engineering and technical functions. Today he heads the Schunk USA team as President. Guerry is a member of the Board of Directors of the Robotic Industries Association (RIA). He joined Schunk in 2000 and held various management positions before taking over his current position as President in 2007.
