Shaft rings are mechanical stops for securing and aligning components on shafts. The characteristic properties of Misumi shaft rings are their squareness and the high precision of the support and flat surface. In this way, shaft rings help to minimize component wear, noise and system downtime.

The special feature of the Misumi range: The shaft rings from the manufacturer and supplier of machine components are available with specifications that go beyond market standards: with clamping lever, with quick-action clamping, with eccentric screw, with chuck, with offset flat surface, with elastomeric layer, flattened on one side (D- Shape), flattened on two sides, slotted, divided, with hinge or with side mounting holes.

Misumi offers MTO components that can be configured in 0.01 mm increments, as well as DIN-standardized standard components from in-house and third-party production, which are available in large numbers in the central warehouse in Frankfurt and arrive at the customer within a short time after ordering.

Many different types of shaft rings are available in the Misumi online shop: adjusting rings with a fitting bore, clamping rings in one or two parts with different clamping mechanisms and shaft rings with a threaded hole.

In addition, designers of MTO components can freely choose the inner diameter of the shaft rings in the range between 3 mm and 100 mm. The outside diameter ranges from 7 mm to 150 mm. Normal and stainless steel, aluminum and plastic are available as materials. Different surface treatments are also possible: burnished, nickel-plated, clear and black anodized.

Example monitor holder

The monitor holder compact by Norelem is 50 mm shorter than the previously available versions and is therefore the ideal solution with little installation space. The compact model can be attached to 30 mm square tubes or, with the appropriate reduction inserts, to round tubes with a diameter of 20, 25 or 30 mm.

The ball joint on the device connection allows a swivel range of 60 ° with a load of max. 10 kg (static). The display devices are connected via the integrated universal plate; VESA 50/75 or 75/100 connection plates can also be used as an alternative. New in the Norelem online shop are various support arms, which are also available in height-adjustable versions.

With the support arms, the range of action of monitor brackets can be expanded by up to 720 mm if necessary. The telescopic model in particular ensures even more flexibility in the workplace. Users can also combine the support arms with one another: For example, multiple monitors can be arranged next to or on top of each other in switching and monitoring systems. By the way: A keyboard shelf can be attached to the support arms, which is also new at Norelem.
