Flender's current CEO, Stefan Tenbrock, will retire on June 1, 2020, which is why Andreas Evertz will be supporting the management from April 1.
Andreas Evertz will take over the chairmanship on June 1st. Evertz worked for the then Flender Group in Bocholt and Tübingen, among others, until the end of 2007. He then worked as CTO and later as CEO of Walter AG, as a board member at Sandvik and most recently as CEO of the Schenck Process Group.
Tenbrock has headed Flender, a manufacturer of mechanical drive systems, since 2015. During this time, he first set up an independent sales department and then led the company into legal and entrepreneurial independence. Since then, Flender GmbH has been a subsidiary of Siemens AG.
