Clear Line Professional Component Separation

With the “Rigips TrennFix”, the expansion professional now offers a safe solution for the professional execution of component separation. Different building materials and their respective physical behavior, for example in terms of linear expansion, often make component connections problem areas. Only consistently planned component separation ensures convincing results. The "Rigips TrennFix" is a 65 millimeter wide special paper tape on a 50 meter roll with an internal, about ten millimeter wide, self-adhesive and solvent-free adhesive strip. To connect a drywall construction to a solid wall, the “TrennFix” is simply glued parallel to the component to be connected, directly next to the already attached CW profile. The gypsum boards are then installed with a joint spacing of five millimeters,fill the connection joint with the "Vario joint filler" and level it out. After curing, any level of filler can be removed and the connection area ground if necessary. Then the excess of the “TrennFix” is separated flush.
