3. Purpose of collecting, processing and using personal data

We collect, process and use your personal data as described here and in compliance with the relevant data protection laws. The survey is anonymous, which means that we will not link the information you provide with data that could make you identifiable. However, if you make use of the opportunity to participate in our raffle as a thank you, we will collect your name and email address. We need this data so that you can participate in the raffle and so that we, as the eventual winner, can notify you.

4. Legal basis for the collection, processing and use of personal data

Participation in the raffle is voluntary. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent expressed by entering the respective data.

5. Storage of the data

The data will be stored for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it was collected, up to a maximum of until the raffle has been processed or until the declaration of consent has been revoked. Your data will be deleted if the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention requirements. Please note that participation in the raffle is no longer possible if you withdraw your consent.
