Caparol offers solutions to improve room acoustics. The CapaCoustic family grows:
At mid-year, CapaCoustic Nature is a highly absorbent material made from the renewable raw material hemp. In addition to the positive ecological balance from the cultivation of hemp plants to the manufacture of the absorber panels, the product impresses with an absorption level of aw = 0.75 and thus achieves excellent sound absorption values that are otherwise only known from synthetic materials or mineral fiber panels that are produced with high energy expenditure.
The raw material hemp is produced in ecological, regional agriculture without pesticides or fertilizers. This creates a positive carbon dioxide balance already during the extraction of raw materials. The high degree of utilization of up to 97 percent makes the hemp plant one of the most efficient agricultural raw materials. In the past, the raw material has already been used successfully in construction and expansion for thermal and acoustic insulation. What is new is the use as a sound absorber to regulate the reverberation times in the interior. Wherever rooms can only be used to a limited extent due to unpleasant reflections As with the proven acoustic systems from Caparol, CapaCoustic Nature is very well suited to reducing the reverberation in rooms.
The system can be perfectly integrated into the interior design thanks to individual coloring. The robust surface structure opens up additional design options. The use of a mineral adhesive and the Sylitol organic interior paint for color coating also corresponds to the desire for a sustainable acoustic system and contributes significantly to the comfortable atmosphere in the interior. CapaCoustic Nature is supplied in the standard dimensions 62.5 x 62.5 cm. The thickness is 4.5 cm. CapaCoustic Nature is coated in the color Savanne 15 at the factory. For on-site coating, the elements can also be ordered without pre-coating.
