Ready-to-use lightweight filler for the production of fabric-reinforced filler layers.
The ready-to-use paste-like reinforcement / filler not only has a significantly lower weight than conventional reinforcement products, but is also very easy to process. In the ETICS system Pro organic, shock and crack-resistant surfaces up to 50 joules can be achieved. The Capatect ZF spatula 699 is also characterized by its very low consumption and high area coverage.
Usage
Reinforcing compound for the Capatect System Pro organic and Capatect ETICS B-MW. Can also be used as a renovation filler on stable substrates. Suitable for setting corner rails.
properties
- very light and smooth processing
- ready to use and ready to use
- very good liability
- water repellent
- low tension
- good stamina
- Impact / shock resistance up to 15 joules with a layer thickness of 3 mm
Preparation of the surface
Any existing offsets on the joints of polystyrene rigid foam panels must be sanded down beforehand. Adhesive grinding dust must be removed. Mask window sills and other attachments. All substrates must be stable, dry, even (DIN 18202 or 18203), clean and free of residues that reduce adhesion.
Material preparation
Capatect ZF-Spachtel 699 is ready for use. The material should be stirred briefly before processing. It is possible to regulate the consistency by adding a small amount of water.
Order process
To ensure a uniform, even surface, a two-layer application is recommended when using mineral wool insulation boards. Pre-fill a first layer of Capatect ZF spatula to stabilize the insulation surface in a layer of approx. 1 - 2 mm. After drying, apply a second layer of Capatect ZF spatula 699 and embed the Capatect tissue 650/110 in it.
Embed diagonal reinforcement strips or fabric strips diagonally in the reinforcement in the corner area of building openings.
The reinforcing compound must be applied to the insulation panels in the width of the fabric and the Capatect fabric 650/110 pressed in with an overlap of approx. 10 cm.
Subsequently fill in wet on wet so that a full coverage of the fabric is ensured. The total layer thickness must generally be approx. 2 - 3 mm, total layer thicknesses up to max. 5 mm are possible. Embed the reinforcement mesh in such a way that it lies in the middle with reinforcement layer thicknesses of up to 4 mm, above 4 mm layer thickness in the upper half.
consumption
1.3 kg / m2 per mm thickness.
These consumption figures are guidelines; Object-dependent or processing-related deviations are to be taken into account.
Processing conditions
During processing and in the drying phase, the ambient and substrate temperatures must not be below +5 ° C and above +30 ° C. Do not use in direct sunlight, in strong wind, fog or high humidity. In this context we refer to the leaflet "Plastering at high and low temperatures" from the German Stucco Industry Association
Drying / drying time
At 20 ° C and 65% relative air humidity, the reinforcement plaster layer is surface dry after 24 hours, thoroughly dried and resilient after 3 days. Before further processing, the entire layer thickness of the material must be checked for sufficient drying. Depending on the weather, it can be reworked with organic finishing plasters after 2-3 days at the earliest.
Tool cleaning
Immediately after use with water.
