Super Insulation Facade Three Products Combined

The “ingredients” for the BaumitBayosan insulation system consist of the company's three most important product innovations of the past three years: the open climate facade, which is open to vapor diffusion, since 2008 with the elasticized open plus facade panel 032 “Silence” with improved sound insulation, the adhesive bridge anchor system and the thermal bridge-free fastening system Nanopor plaster with self-cleaning effect. Baumit has given the product combination the name Superinsulating facade. BamitBayosan has also added a thermal insulation composite system with natural building materials. The Baumit Diffutherm insulation system has a multi-layer wood fiber element with different densities and a large heat storage capacity. The insulation material is supplemented with purely mineral system components that form a perfect bond with the insulation material. The wood fiber insulation material is manufactured using the wet process without artificial additives. The wood lignin is used to bind the wood fiber. The wood fiber insulation board is produced according to the standard of the European Federation of FiberBoard Manufactures (Association of European Fiberboard Manufacturers) according to all European health and environmental standards.
