The SuperFinish 33 Pro and Plus (photo) are the most powerful diaphragm pumps that Wagner has to offer for craftsmen.

Thanks to their QLS long-stroke technology, they can reliably process a wide range of materials, from thin-bodied paint to highly viscous corrosion protection. The new family is based on the powerful and maintenance-friendly diaphragm pump technology. The advantages: 20 percent more power than the previous models, a three times longer service life of the intake valves and less wear thanks to improved cooling. When painting, a low spray pressure produces a better spray pattern and a controllable paint application. Diaphragm pumps enable variable pressure control from

0 to 250 bar, optimal atomization should already be possible at a low pressure setting (30 to 40 bar). Using HEA nozzle technology, materials can be processed at low pressure and up to 55 percent less spray. With the separately available distributor adapter, multi-gun operation with up to three guns is possible.
